It all starts with the initial consultation- A flood of information, defining every aspect of your special day. Together we will determine what YOU want to incorporate to create the wedding day you have always dream about!
Interactive tools- I will create your own personal online tools to make planning a snap. Tools such as: Music database, Planning form, Timeline plus many more!
Tips and help- Visit My Space blogs every month on new tips for planning your perfect wedding. Also call, email or fax me anytime with any question regarding your wedding. Being a full time Director, Emcee has its advantages with flexible hours.
Custom creations-Specialized services such as custom introductions and recordings will definitely be a hit. If you choose for me to create your love story, to reflect both of your personality, you will add that extra perfect moment.
Planning and Custom Agendas- We will meet as many times as necessary to create one of the most incredible days of your life. When all information is gathered, then a detailed agenda is created. It serves as an action plan for all vendors, outlining everything YOU want on your special day. I will pre-plan and coordinate with all your vendors, making sure everyone knows their part.
Event performance- arriving at least two hours prior to anyone arriving, I will use my four page Performance Checklist to ensure even the smallest of details does not go overlooked.
After event specialized CD- Most DJ services end on the wedding day. I take all audio recorded (ceremonies, toasts and more) and create a CD of the special events of your day and mail it to you along with a survey to help me better my services.
